Terms of Use

Last updated 20 June 2026

These terms cover your use of Quitly, the quit smoking and vaping app and this website. By using Quitly you agree to them.

What Quitly is

Quitly is a self help tool to support you in quitting smoking or vaping. It tracks your progress, shows your savings and health milestones, and gives you an AI coach for the hard moments. It is not medical advice and it is not a medical device.

Not a substitute for professional care

Quitly does not replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified professional. If you have a medical condition, speak to a professional before making changes. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

Free and Pro

The Quitly tracker is free to use. Quitly Pro is an optional subscription that adds the AI coach and the deeper tools for £4.99 a month, with a 3 day free trial. We will remind you before your trial ends. You can cancel at any time and keep the free tracker. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and billing is handled by Stripe or the relevant app store.

Refunds

Where you buy through an app store, refunds are handled under that store's policy. For payments taken on the web, contact us and we will help.

Our content

The Quitly name, logo, app and website content belong to Quitly. Please do not copy or resell them without permission.

Liability

Quitly is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Questions? Email hello@tryquitly.com.
